Banoffee Pie       Serves 6 (ish!!!!)

1 small packet of Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
3 ripe Bananas (sliced)
1 medium tub cream (whipped)
1 tin condensed milk
1 knob butter
1 chocolate flake (crushed)
Melt the butter and then add the crushed biscuits. Lay the mixture in a flan dish or dinner plate. Place the milk unopened in a pan of boiling water and simmer for two hours. Remove from the pan and carefully open the tin, pointing the tin away from you. Spoon the toffee mixture from the tin onto the biscuit base. Cover with the bananas, then the cream, and then the flake to decorate.
