Marivi's Bizcocho Sponge Cake        Serves 6-8 (or maybe just me!)
1 tub lemon yoghurt
2 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 sachet yeast
Beat the eggs and add the yoghurt. Disolve in the sugar followed by the flour and yeast. Finally mix in the oil and place in a spring mould in a hot oven until brown
