Ingredients: 16 large button or wild mushrooms (unchopped) 1 onion 4 (or more) cloves or garlic 1 dsp herbs (eg. rosemary, thyme) salt and pepper 3 dsp double cream 1 glass white wine ½ cup grated cheese |
Fry the onion in olive oil for 2 mins. Mix in the mushrooms and garlic. Add the wine, herbs, salt and pepper and poach until the wine reduces. Mix through the cream and sprinkle the cheese on top. Brown under the grill. |
