Ingredients: 1 tub Greek yoghurt 1 tub ricotta cheese 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise 3 spring onions and/or other veg 1 cup cooked prawns 1 cup cooked diced salmon or other    fish (smoked if poss.) season with salt and pepper |
Combine the ingredients in a bowl. The dish can be served chunky or blended in a food processor for a smooth finish. If you add dissolved gelatine the finished result will set like jelly. |
