Ingredients: 3 greenish bananas (halved lengthways) 2 bramley apples (skinned and diced) 1 dessertspoon of rich brown sugar 1 tin strawberries or 12 fresh strawberries 1-2 shots Cointreau or other liqueur 1 knob butter |
Fry the bananas in the butter on a high heat for two minutes. Turn over, add the apples and continue to fry. After one minute add the strawberries, with all their juice if you want a rich sauce. Boil for 1 minute then add the sugar and liqueur. Take off the heat and set aside for two minutes. Put a ball of ice cream into each bowl then pour the fruit ontop. |
