Japanese Steaks        Serves 4
1 desertspoon rich soy sauce
1 desertspoon honey
1 inch raw ginger (minced)
4 fillet steaks or 2 lbs pork steak cut
    into 4 pieces
Mix the soy, honey and ginger in a bowl and add the meat. Leave to marinade for 1-4 hours. Remove from the marinade and fry on a hot pan for 2-4 minuites, according to taste. Add the rest of the mixture and serve immdeiately.
This recipe is also good with salmon steaks, chicken pieces, and pork steak.
