Ingredients: The Dish 1lb pork fillet cubed 1 diced red and green chilli 1 diced carrot 1 diced green and red pepper 1 diced onion 2 dsp peanut butter |
Mix the marinade together with the pork and leave for 1-4 hours. Remove the meat from the marinade fry in a wok at a high heat for 4-6 minutes, and then remove the meat. Fry the vegetables for 1 minute and then add the meat and the marinade. Mix in the peanut butter, lower the heat and cook until the peanut butter had melted to form the sauce. |
