Ingredients: 1 lb lean diced pork steak 1 diced carrot 1 red and one green pepper 1 leek or 1 medium onion, diced 1 inch peeled diced raw ginger 2 cloves of garlic |
For the marinade: 2 dsp good wine vinegar 2 dsps soy sauce 1 dsp honey 2 dsp Brown sugar 1 small can tomato puree 2 dsps (or more) sweet chilli sauce |
Mix the marinade ingredients together and leave the meat in it for at least one hour or overnight. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry in a wok (if possible) until browned. Remove the meat and add the vegetables to the wok. Stir fry for 2 mins and then add the meat along with the marinade mixture. Cook for a further 2 mins and serve with rice or noodles. |
